Oz is a former professional Rugby Union player with a career spanning top clubs including Bristol, Harlequins, Bedford, Leeds, Exeter Chiefs, and Plymouth Albion between 1994 and 2005. With extensive expertise in fitness, nutrition, strength, and conditioning, he is passionate about helping people live well for longer. By using fitness to proactively strengthen the body, he helps individuals build resilience and longevity. Drawing from years of elite sports experience, Oz applies proven training and nutritional methods to guide people toward their goals—ensuring they progress with determination, laughter, and a smile.

Lucy Sugars - Nutritionist

Lucy Sugars is a highly experienced Nutritional Therapist with a strong focus on healthy ageing and vitality. She holds an MSc in Advanced Nutrition and has extensive clinical experience in metabolic health, digestion, and age-related concerns. Lucy supports clients — particularly those aged 40 and over — with issues such as hormone shifts, early bone density loss, digestive discomfort, blood sugar regulation, and nutrient deficiencies including iron and B12. Her approach is realistic and evidence-based: no extreme diets, no deprivation, just personalised guidance and sustainable changes that fit into real life.


At Senescence, Lucy brings her expertise to supporting clients as part of a multidisciplinary, science-informed team. She works one-on-one to develop nutritional plans that dovetail with medical insights, diagnostics, and your life goals. Whether you’re looking to optimise your energy, protect your heart and bones, manage midlife transitions, or just thrive in your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, Lucy is here to help you live well, stay resilient, and feel confident about healthy ageing.

Chris has been practicing and teaching Yoga, both in the UK and internationally, since 2005. As a Senior Yoga Teacher, Teacher Training Course Leader and Studio Owner, he has over 20,000 hours of experience helping people improve their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing through movement, breathing and mindfulness practice. As a published author and a pioneer in the field of emotional and physiological well-being, Chris blends over 20 years of daily yoga practice and self-study, with a deep understanding of the complexity of the human personality. This powerful synthesis awakens a truly inclusive approach to yoga and health, which embraces the differing individual needs of each client he works with.
