Oz is a former professional Rugby Union player with a career spanning top clubs including Bristol, Harlequins, Bedford, Leeds, Exeter Chiefs, and Plymouth Albion between 1994 and 2005. With extensive expertise in fitness, nutrition, strength, and conditioning, he is passionate about helping people live well for longer. By using fitness to proactively strengthen the body, he helps individuals build resilience and longevity. Drawing from years of elite sports experience, Oz applies proven training and nutritional methods to guide people toward their goals—ensuring they progress with determination, laughter, and a smile.
Lucy Sugars - Nutritionist

Lucy is a passionate nutritional therapist with over a decade of experience, graduating from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2012. Her journey into nutrition was driven by personal health struggles, including IBS, acne, and PCOS. She has worked with leading organizations like Cytoplan and Foresight, gaining deep expertise in supplements and functional health. Lucy has provided bespoke nutrition support to high-profile clients, including royalty, and has worked as a functional food expert and chef for luxury retreats. Now based in Devon, she continues to help clients achieve optimal health with a practical and balanced approach to nutrition.
