These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, programmes, and services booked with Senescence Health. By booking an appointment or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Appointments & Bookings
All consultations, programmes, tests, and workshops must be booked in advance through our approved booking system or directly with the Senescence Health team. Appointments are subject to availability.
We recommend ensuring you select the correct service at the time of booking. If you are unsure which option is most suitable, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to guide you.

2. Fees & Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are clearly displayed at the point of booking and relate only to the services specified. Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage clinical time responsibly.
•    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not incur a charge.
•    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
•    Non-attendance (“Did Not Attend”) without notice will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
Where possible, we encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your consultation may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full fee will still apply.

5. Health Information & Responsibility
To provide safe, personalised care, we rely on accurate and complete health information. You agree to provide truthful, up-to-date medical details and to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances.
Our services are designed to complement, not replace, NHS or emergency medical care. If you develop urgent symptoms or concerns, you should seek appropriate medical attention immediately.

6. Results, Reports & Follow-Up
Where investigations or testing are arranged, results will be discussed in line with the service you have booked. Timeframes for results may vary depending on the test and external laboratories.
Follow-up consultations, reports, or additional support outside the scope of your original booking may require an additional fee.

7. Programmes & Packages
For multi-session programmes or care packages:
•    Sessions must be used within the stated timeframe.
•    Unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
•    Packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the named client only.

8. Workshops & Events
Places at workshops and events are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unless otherwise stated:
•    Event bookings are non-refundable.
•    If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
